Omega Gymnastics & Cheer, owned and operated by Gayla Joeckel, has provided quality gymnastics instruction in the Fayetteville/Fort Bragg community since 1978. We offer recreational gymnastics for boys and girls, competition gymnastics for Level 2 girls (Bronze) and up, and competitive cheerleading for ages 3 - 18.

Omega Gymnastics is open to all ages and abilities.  Through the use of a positive training environment, an individualized training program has been developed to enhance a child's:

               *  Understanding of their mental and physical abilities
               *  Level of fitness and coordination
               *  Self-confidence and self-esteem
               *  Poise and grace
               *  Ability to develop a sense of commitment through team work
               *  Self discipline and time management skills
               *  Ability to focus and direct their cognitive abilities towards specific                             goals.

We offer a variety of programs for boys and girls.  The programs include: Parent & Me, Recreation Gymnastics, Tumbling, Competitive Cheerleading and Competitive Gymnastics.
